Here’s the most swoon worthy offices we saw in June…
Industrial design lends itself perfectly to offices as no matter where you are in the world an industrial feel instantly transports your to a New York loft. The office of choice for countless creative start-ups around the globe, an industrial style home office infuses your day with your own slice of chic city life.
Space is a premium in any home and if you don’t work from home full-time it’s a big ask to dedicate an entire room to an office. Whilst we suggest trying to keep work and home life separate where possible, it can be a good idea to combine rooms to save space. Dressing rooms are fabulous for this as a dressing table doubles up perfectly as a desk.
Another excellent option if you are short on space is a fold down or foldaway desk which can be tidied away when not in use. Barely taking up any space when folded up, these desks are still super-stylish and functional meaning you can still get a solid day’s work done but without taking over a whole room.
So this is technically a hallway design, but swap the blankets and trunks for a vintage desk chair and you have yourself a really cool office. The art really make this space and is what makes it so unique. You need to stay creative and inspired when working, especially for blogging so what better way to help creativity flow than by surrounding yourself with your favourite artworks.
Whether you like or loath the term, Millennial Pink is everywhere at the moment and is definitely the hue of choice across the fashion, beauty and interior worlds. This office space belongs to Surrey Hilll’s interior design studio We Are Triibe and is a sophisticate, grown-up nod to the world’s colour of the moment. We particularly love the complementing rose gold chairs!
